Olympics 2008 – Taylor Edition

Now that the Olympics is all over with, how cool would it be to see a video that celebrates a few family birthdays in August (Izaiah, Keisaun and Sharon). In my typical fashion I put a montage of vids/pics, but I want to point out that this is my first project done in Final Cut Express (a very advanced video editing software). This just means to me that I am turning a corner in my video editing prowess. I hope you enjoy this video as much as my family and party guests did (almost a standing ovation).

Olympic Games 2008

It’s been a long damn time since I posted anything on my blog, but now i got something.
With the Olympics in full swing, I am so damn proud of my home country JAMAICA – JAMAICA (think welcome to Jamrock tune). The FASTEST MAN in the world Usain Lighting BOLT, taking Gold with ease. Not to forget our womens sweeping the 100m led byh Shelly-Ann Fraser. Boop Boop boop.
The only problem is to get a decent video footage – because it’s always taken down from youtube. So I will post a little pic montage here soon.

Also on another Olympic type note, my man Kanye dropped his latest single, Champion (my favourite song on the album). He had the creative/marketing sense to use the Olympics as a spring board (pun intended) as you can see the theme of the video. Look out for my version of the similar idea for Izaiah’s 9th birthday video montage….
